Local Pickup is available at our farm. Pick ups must be scheduled during the checkout process. Please email us if you have any questions about local pick ups. hello@grownwellfarms.com
Local Delivery Policy
Local delivery is available within a 30 mile radius of our farm. There is an additional delivery charge. If you are outside of the 30 mile radius of our farm, your order will need to be shipped. Local delivery is scheduled during the check out process, but we may need to adjust your delivery date/time based on our availability. Shipping Policy
Meat boxes are shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure they do not get stuck in transit over the weekend and arrive thawed. After it is shipped, your package will arrive in 24-48 hours. If your order is delayed please send a note to hello@grownwellfarms.com and include your order number. Please be mindful that orders placed after noon on Tuesday might be scheduled for shipment in the following week.
Perishables should arrive to you frozen. If the meat does not arrive frozen, kindly contact us with your name and order number and we will be happy to ship you a replacement box.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or updated, or that the address can be changed. Once it has shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or updated. You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. If we are not given the correct shipping address, we cannot provide a replacement order for items delivered to the incorrect shipping address given at checkout. Please double-check all shipping information is correct before ordering.
