Quarter of Hog Pre Order

Bulk pork is one of the best ways to save money on pork.  With a quarter of a hog you will get half of all the cuts from one side of the hog. A quarter of a hog comes with the following and can't be customized:

1 Half boston butt approximately 6 pounds1 Half a rack of spare ribs approximately 2.75 pounds
1 half ham approximately 9.5 pounds
10 bone-In Pork Chops
6 pounds of natural cured, nitrate free bacon
1 pound natural cured, nitrate free jowl bacon
10 pounds of sausage (one choice of flavor between mild, medium, hot, or italian)

The estimated total for a quarter with butchering is $414 but will be finalized once the hog is slaughtered and we have the hanging weight. We estimate a quarter of hog’s hang weight to be 57 lbs and is priced at $7.25 a pound.

***The total amount of your order will show your estimated total but you will only be charged for the deposit of $207  at time of ordering.  The remaining balance will be due by the time of pickup estimated to be in May.
