Quarter of Hog Pre Order

Bulk pork is one of the best ways to save money on pork.  With a quarter of hog you will get half of all the cuts from one side of the hog.  This is cut to our standard cut sheet unless otherwise specified. We will reach out to you about the processing date and to see if you would like to alter how it is processed. The estimated total for a quarter including butchering is $380 but will be finalized once the hog is slaughtered and we have the hanging weight. We estimate a quarter of hog’s hang weight to be 54 lbs and is priced at $7 a pound.  

You can combine multiple quarters if you would like a half or whole hog. When ordering just change the quantity to 2 for a half and 4 for a whole.

***The total amount of your order will show your estimated total but you will only be charged for the deposit of $150 per quarter at time of ordering.  The remaining balance will be adjusted and due by the time of pickup estimated to be ready in October.
