Bulk beef is one of the best ways to save money.  With a quarter of beef you will get half of all the cuts from one side of beef.  This is cut to our standard cut sheet unless otherwise specified. We will reach out to you about the processing date and to see if you would like to alter how it is processed. The estimated total for a quarter is $1200 but will be finalized once the cow is slaughtered and we have the hanging weight. The price is determined by multiplying the hanging weight by $8 a pound.

You can combine multiple quarters if you would like a half or whole cow. When ordering just change the quantity to 2 for a half and 4 for a whole.

****A deposit of $600 will be charged at the time of order.  The remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery.****
